Excellent Service and Convenient Amenities
helpful staff early checkin special consideration
Alsyam was very helpful at the front desk. She considered my long flight. I was able to get into my room early. The best part was her orienting me to the city. She explained the transportation options well. Raymond and Yenny are attentive. I appreciated the early checkin and special considerations for my anniversary.
The gym equipment shows wear.

The room included a separate wet room with both a shower and bathtub. a separate toilet. A sink and vanity mirror with lights were also separated near the door. This practical arrangement meant less waiting.

ample space substantial comfort efficient experience
The room presented ample space , with many areas designated for storage. The bed offered substantial comfort , although the pillows were indeed soft. The bathroom layout was unconventional , yet surprisingly efficient and created a streamlined experience.
The early morning fire alarm was unexpected and lacked immediate explanation. This disruption occurred at 5:45 a.m. , interrupting our peaceful rest. This situation could have been handled with more clarity and prompt communication to ensure guest comfort.

the location was acceptable for my plans. i could walk to chinatown and found some good restaurants nearby.
the breakfast rules were rigid. i paid in advance, but my family member could not eat. i wanted a to-go box, but i was refused. it was against the rules.

convenient location delicious breakfast courteous service
i found mr raymond very kind and courteous he assisted us greatly during check-in and check-out.
there was a significant gap under the door in my room this allowed light and noise from the hallway to enter i could hear doors slamming hard it affected my sleep.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices catering to both asian and western tastes i appreciated the custom-made food options as well as staple items the personnel were very attentive and provided good service.

superb stay!
perfect location convenient subway beautiful pool
i found the hotel experience amazing. the location is fantastic near a great shopping mall and market, which includes lots of dining choices and stores. it is very close to the subway station, which i found super convenient. the staff was lovely, and the gym and pool were beautiful!
the soundproofing between rooms could be slightly better, i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms.

i stayed in a club king room. it had amazing club lounge access on a high floor, and i loved having access to the fitness center! though it wasn't huge, it was convenient and had everything i needed for my workouts.
The television's cast feature never worked, a little annoying. I couldn't stream from my phone.

the bed was comfortable. the filtered water tap was a real bonus. everywhere was super clean!
