Alsyam was very helpful at the front desk. She considered my long flight. I was able to get into my room early. The best part was her orienting me to the city. She explained the transportation options well. Raymond and Yenny are attentive. I appreciated the early checkin and special considerations for my anniversary.

The room presented ample space , with many areas designated for storage. The bed offered substantial comfort , although the pillows were indeed soft. The bathroom layout was unconventional , yet surprisingly efficient and created a streamlined experience.

The early morning fire alarm was unexpected and lacked immediate explanation. This disruption occurred at 5:45 a.m. , interrupting our peaceful rest. This situation could have been handled with more clarity and prompt communication to ensure guest comfort.

there was a significant gap under the door in my room this allowed light and noise from the hallway to enter i could hear doors slamming hard it affected my sleep.

i found the hotel experience amazing. the location is fantastic near a great shopping mall and market, which includes lots of dining choices and stores. it is very close to the subway station, which i found super convenient. the staff was lovely, and the gym and pool were beautiful!

the soundproofing between rooms could be slightly better, i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms.
